As I have been getting my cooking skills up to par, I realized you have to have the right tools and Ive seen these ICI silicone cooking tools but always thought it was only for some applications but found out they can easily withstand temperatures up to 600°F without absorbing flavors or odors and not scratch up my expensive nonstick cookware.
