We were invited to the MELISSA X JEREMY SCOTT “POP” Collection Launch this week at the RON ROBINSON flagship destination in Santa Monica, California. Let’s just say it was a sweet treat occasion showcasing this unique capsule collection from the creative edgy brand MELISSA and the wildly expressive designer Jeremy Scott. As we nibbled on sweets from the candy bar and sipped champagne the vibe was set and we got to preview a perfectly balance collection of yummy flats, mules and ankle boots all in the signature MELISSA propriety composition of plastic called MELFEX but with subtle touches of Jeremy’s touch with inflatable valves placed on the shoes and accents as if the shoes as inflatable. It was a cute touch and not overdone and just perfect for the spring summer looks. We have pictured our favorites but go HERE to see the exclusive collection and even buy a pair or two.
