Ladies the offerings from PUBLIC SCHOOL for us has hit racks and I found the first must have I had to share as you need this in your life. It’s called “Officer’s Cape” and it is a work of progressive design I can definitely use seson by season as the cold weather is not far away. Just look at he detail wine wool used on this Officer’s Cape that is trimmed at the closure and hem with wide bands of black topstitched silk grosgrain ribbon and a stand collar with snap throat latch with on-seam arm slits.
