So it been brought to our attention of a must see art exhibit that is opening this weekend that you must try to see if your in the Stockholm Sweden area. Graffiti Artist and Nightlife Impresario André Saraiva is hosting his “Back to Sweden” Art Exhibition that also celebrates the opening of Stockholm Fashion week all brought to you by ABSOLUT. Over the past few months, André has covered the city streets of Los Angeles, New York, London, Venice, Paris and Basel with his fantasy concert posters. These Dream Concerts represent the ephemeral quality of street art and daydream aspect of the artist’s practice. At Gallery Steinsland Berliner, André will present the concert poster series alongside two mythical nightclub sculptures. Together, the works create a new narrative of illusion versus reality in the constantly evolving worlds of music and nightlife. I saw these posters and didn’t realize they were a art-form but did think that “hey that cant be true” so yes I was fooled more that anything anyhow.
