So many like to do egg whites and I am one who favors it also. Well look what I found that makes the job easier when preparing it at home. Its called the PLUCK and is one of the most perfect ideas I have seen for the kitchen. Its real easy to use, all you do is place it over the yolk of an already cracked egg, squeeze the silicone chamber, and release to suck the egg yolk up into it.
